When you allow fires to control the undergrowth it doesn’t grow tall enough to catch the trees on fire. Trees have the ability to withstand fires, their bark is designed to hinder those smaller fires while all the undergrowth gets burnt and those ashes help to give nutrients to the older established trees.Complete insanity. The earth has not warmed so much as to wreak this kind of havoc. This is man-made or rather man caused. Through our lack of action and bad forest management. This is preventable! Environmentalists are loving the forest to death. Meanwhile, human beings can’t breathe. Shame on all of them! We accept to customer return and refund in following reasons:
– Faulty Item Received:
If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it toour email along with your order number. If the item deliver to you would be faulty or if withers off in the first wash, we’ll send you a free reshipment. You don’t have to send it back to us. All we’d need would be a picture of the faulty item.
– Not delivered on time

All of our product are custom-made-to-order and handcrafted to the highest quality standards. Please allow 6-8 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our facility. Estimated shipping time is 2-4 weeks by the shipping companies to make your order reach you. Because we have several different warehouses, there are some products that are shipped differently at the same time. But, in some cases it might be delayed due to post office issues. Every post office can’t accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused.

If you’ve received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we’ll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment.

– Timing for a return
All returns / exchanges of online orders, must be returned within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.
It could take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. We will credit your original form of payment unless otherwise specified.
All items purchased must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered in and in original packaging. They can not have been assembled and disassembled.
