– Faulty Item Received:

– Not delivered on time

Because we have several different warehouses, there are some products that are shipped differently at the same time. But, in some cases it might be delayed due to post office issues. – Timing for a return
All returns / exchanges of online orders, must be returned within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.
It could take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. We will credit your original form of payment unless otherwise specified.
All items purchased must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered in and in original packaging. They can not have been assembled and disassembled.
